Here at the Alice cross we pride ourselves in being a strong advocate for active living.  We have a wide range of Exercise Classes and activities to suit all abilities.  We also run a weekly weight loss programme Trim Teign where you pay a pound to lose a pound each week.

Whether you prefer a gentle seated exercise or joining us for a 5km jog at the local parkrun, we have something for you!

Couch to Parkrun

25 people recently signed up to our Couch to 5km course, with 6 people successfully completing the park run after 12 weeks.  Well done to everyone who took part!
