We have a wide variety of exercise classes suitable for all ages and abilities.  There is no need to book in advance and prices vary

Outdoor fitness with Rob  09.30 – 10.30 (Meet outside the pier)

Chair fit easy exercise 1.15pm-1.45pm (room 2)

Zumba Gold with Vicky 2pm – 2.45pm

Seated Yoga with Lisa  3.30 – 4.30pm

Matt Yoga with Lisa 4.45 – 5.45pm

 

Tuesday

Line Dancing with Viv Wilson 10.30am – 12pm

Wiggles & Giggles (Eastern Dancing) 5 – 6pm

 

Wednesday

Seated Exercise with Clive 10am – 10.30am

Country Dancing with John 10.30am – 12pm

Seated Yoga with Lisa 10.45 – 11.45

Table Tennis with Don Large 2pm – 4pm

Pilates with Beth 5.30pm – 6.30pm

 

Thursday

Alice’s Eastern Dancers Tutor led 10am

Tai Chi 2.30pm -3.30pm
