At the Alice Cross Centre we enjoy taking part in local events in Teignmouth and as part of the Taste of the Teign Celebration we had a demonstration morning where Colin demonstrated how to fillet several types of fish. Chef Colin then showed how to cook the fish simply and the participants had a go! The lucky people got to eat the fish which they had filleted and cooked, and promised to return.
