New! Grief Support Group
Recovering from the death of someone we love often means that we have to make sense of a world turned upside down.
Coping with grief is exhausting, painful and can be lonely.
Losing a spouse means that we are no longer a couple so the world is a very different place.
Its time to regain our bearings – to see that life can be good again, although changed.
Our group is for those who would like to meet others who grieve, to share in a safe place and see life in a new way.
Our group is led by two experienced counsellors, one of whom has been twice widowed.
Our initial group meeting takes place on Thursday the 5th of March, 2.30pm – 4.30pm at the Alice Cross Social Centre.
