Movement

Movement is one of our 4 pillars of health at The Alice Cross Centre, alongside social connection, food and mind. Regular movement is essential for overall health and well-being, contributing to both physical and mental vitality. It is great fun and also ticks the box of social connection. When you exercise you come together with a group of like minded people and the more you get involved with moving the more you want to move! At the Alice Cross we have lots of exercise classes and groups you can join in with, such as seated yoga, mat yoga, zumba and regular well-being walks. Your first class is free of charge so come and try a class and see if you like it.
