STARTERS:
- ‘Shell on’ king prawns in a sweet chilli and garlic butter emulsion.
- Local mussels with smoked bacon, shallots and garlic finished with a Devon scrumpy cider and cream.
- Crab and crayfish cocktail with lemon, chervil and crème fraiche Devon brown crab mayo.
MAINS COURSE:
- Fillet of salmon on a bed of sweet potato and lentil mash, piedmont pepper and mixed greens.
- Hake en paupiette with lemon and dill baby potatoes and mixed greens.
- Miso glazed King Prawn & Monkfish skewer with vegetable fried rice, coriander, red pepper, pea shoots and toasted sesame.
DESSERTS:
- Homemade banoffee pie – a biscuit base with a layer of caramel and fresh banana topped with Chantilly cream and chocolate shavings.
- Cheese and biscuits – Taw Valley extra mature cheddar, Cropwell Bishop stilton and Cornish brie served with artisan crackers and chilli jam.
- Lemon Posset with shortbread and fresh berries.
