The Alice Cross four pillars of health all support each other. Movement, nutritious food and social connection all support good mental health, which promotes well-being and happiness. We have lots of activities that are great for our minds and mental health, including our allotment group, well-being walks, yoga, art and crafts, sewing groups and zumba. We also serve lunch in the centre, every week day except Tuesday and this is a great opportunity to eat delicious home cooked food and catch up with friends. It’s fun looking after your mind!
