Alice’s adventures in Portugal

Alice the Camino bear has been busy this Month walking the Camino way in Portugal and Spain.  She has walked 301km / 188 miles and ascended nearly 12,000ft (the height of Eiger).

The Camino de Santiago, also known as the Way of St. James, is a renowned pilgrimage of medieval origin that sees pilgrims’ journey to the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela in Galicia in the northwest of Spain.

Alice started her journey in the town of Oporto in Portugal and ended in the glorious city of Santiago de Compostela in Spain.

Her journey was captured by her walking companion Neil Howell, and all documented on her special Facebook group.

Together they have raised £1936 and counting!  You can help her reach £2000 by making a donation via Total giving.
