We never use Gmail addresses, all correspondence from us will always include a logo, and come from an Alice Cross Email Address.
We NEVER ask for payment through Paypal – in particular we would never ask you to send funds through the “friends and family” route on Paypal. All card payments are done securely online through our website or taken in person at the centre. We do not take card payments or details over email or the telephone.
