Starting on Wednesday 24th June, these gentle and flowing movements are designed to improve strength, balance, flexibility and overall wellbeing. Tai Chi Shibashi combines the benefits of traditional Tai Chi with simple, accessible movements that are easy to learn and suitable for all abilities.

Whether you’re looking to improve your mobility, reduce stress, build confidence in movement, or simply enjoy an hour of calm and relaxation, this welcoming class is a wonderful way to support both body and mind.
