First Aid Training at the Alice

On the 22nd May we had a brilliant day of first aid training with Jo from Trusted Training. Members of staff and volunteers from The Alice Cross Centre alongside our friends Ed from Guerrilla Gardening Group and Sam from The Makery spent the day doing their Level 3 First Aid certificates. Everyone finished the day with First Aid certificate, and more importantly, an understanding of how to effectively deal with common First Aid situations, including CPR and Defibrillators, bleeds and fractures. A big thank you to Jo for the excellent day’s training!
