Understanding Trauma & Anxiety – Causes, Effects & Strategies for Coping
Join us at The Alice Cross Centre on Thursday 25th June, 7pm–9pm, for an insightful and thought-provoking evening exploring trauma, anxiety and practical approaches to coping.
Led by Bill Say, an Australian-trained psychologist with more than 30 years’ experience working across mental health, homelessness, addiction services, education, foster care, hospitals and charities, this session offers a wealth of knowledge presented in an approachable and engaging way.
Bill has worked with individuals and communities facing some of life’s most complex challenges and now delivers training and lectures across the UK. This evening is an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of how trauma and anxiety affect people and learn strategies that can support wellbeing and resilience.
